Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your account and all your data. Your "right to be forgotten" is protected.

This action cannot be undone. When you delete your account, your profile, travel rooms you own, all memories and photos will be permanently deleted.

You can delete your account directly from within the app by going to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request by filling out the form below. Requests are verified and processed within 7 business days.

Is TravelRoom paid?

You can use TravelRoom ad-free. If any paid subscription is offered, the terms will be clearly stated on the Terms of Service page.

How do I invite others to a travel room?

You can add your friends and family to the room by sharing the invite code created within the room; you can assign each member an owner, admin or member role.

Who is my data shared with?

The content you add to a room is only visible to the authorized members of that room. We never sell or rent your data to third parties. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Can I see my trip on a map?

Yes! Every memory you add gets a GPS pin. You can explore your entire trip on an interactive map with color-coded pins for each day.

Do I have to grant location permission?

No. Location permission is optional; it is only used to automatically add a location name to your memories, and you can turn it off from your system settings at any time.
